Taiwan's top-four motherboard shipments will rebound 6% on average in the first quarter, according to a Morgan Stanley analyst, as cited by the Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN). But the top-six notebook ODMs will have a worse first quarter, with their average shipments declining 13%, the analyst was cited as predicting.
