"Summing things up, gamers around the world finally saw the launch of all three next-gen consoles, paving the way for an all out console war in the coming year. While Microsoft has had complete run of the market for the last 12 months, the launch of the Wii and the PS3 promises to change all that in 2007 and the competition should be fierce. Sony is off to a very rough start so far but the Wii is doing phenomenally well thanks to the comparatively low price and innovative game play."
