" In our fast paced world, portability is something many people consider an important feature to have in their electronic devices. In saying that, manufacturers of computer parts have inundated us with many types of storage devices such as USB drives, SD/MMC/XD cards, portable hard drives, and hard drive enclosure with the aforementioned portability in mind.
Eagle Tech, a PC component manufacturer who supplies several OEMs, has an extensive line of both portable hard drives, and hard drive enclosures. Their “Consus” line consists of several models from entry level enclosures to full featured Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices. Today I will be taking a look at the entry level Consus E Series SATA to USB enclosure, as well as running it through its paces.”
