"In terms of play balance, the Soviet and Allied forces are pretty much even. This time round, Westwood has upped the ante by making all the units much more powerful meaning that battles are far more intense that previous installments and the fun factor is also elevated. New to this version of Command and Conquer is the Kirov, a massive Soviet blimp capable of incredible damage, the Chrono Legionnaire, an Allied unit that teleports are the map and can phase enemy troops out of time, and also new is the Mirage tank, a tank that when not moving or firing can disguise itself as a tree and is very hard to detect. Some familiar units include Tanya, the Tesla Coil, the Mammoth tank and the Harrier."
