VIA Technologies announced revenues of NT$729 million (US$22.89 million) for August this year, an increase of 19.31% compared to July. However, with the company having discontinued the shipping of third-party chipset products, the amount still dropped 42.98% compared to the same month last year. Accumulated revenues in the first eight months this year were NT$5.87 billion, a drop of 46.76% compared to the same period last year.
