Well, friends, it looks like Ultra's at it again; according to some information that just fell into my inbox. No longer content to just sue manufacturers of modular PSU's, they're going after retailers now. Filed in New Jersey, the lawsuit names Best Buy, CDW, Fry's, Micro Electronics/Micro Center, and Staples.
