"What do I think constitutes a third party rating or assurance? I shall attempt simplicity. A true independent third party rating agency which doesn't have any affiliation with those they rate rates another business' product, service or person for four criteria: value, performance, training, and support. Each product, service or person could then be considered a brand like Coke and Pepsi are brands for colored sugar water."
