PC Games Hardware tested the Beta version of Windows 7. We compared the performance of the Windows 7 x64 Beta 1 and Windows Vista SP1 x64 in Far Cry 2 and Left 4 Dead as well as the applications Cinebench R10 and Paint.Net. Boot and copy times have also been recorded and compared.
