High quality modding tools are hard to find. Slame, founder of modding series ModMyMachine ( www.modmymachine.com ) asked a specialised tool suppplier for assistance and built his own molex and ATX/P4/P8/PCIe tools to sleeve power supply cables in every colour he wants to. Both tools are available for purchase and for rent as of now exclusively at aqua computer Berlin.
