Tomshardware tw leaked photos and specs of the Radeon HD 4870. The AMD RADEON HD4870, uses a dual slot design. It comes with Qimonda 1GB GDDR5 and the core/memory is rated at 725Mhz/1800MHz
Their test environment is a AMD 790FX board with a AMD 9850 processor.
3DMARK 06(1280X1024) scores 13037,while 3DMARK VANTAGE(Performance Present) scored P8089! The score seems to be a bit similar to our own HD 4850 tests with a QX9770 on Intel X48 for 3Dmark06.
