The ASRock K10N750SLI-WiFi motherboard has a long list of features that should put it in the "Premium" market segment. It comes equipped with SLI (albeit at 8x/slot), GB Ethernet, 8-channel audio, firewire, eSATA, six additional SATA channels, 12 USB2.0 ports and 802.11b/g WiFi. It does all of this for under $140 currently - much less than a comparable motherboard from another company.
