Just a quick note to let you all know Seagate's SATA 6Gb/s rated 2TB Barracuda XT hard drive has finally arrived. PCSTATS will have a full performance review on the new SATA 6G standard, now an option on certain Intel P55 Express motherboards like the ASUS P5P77D Premium and Gigabyte GA-P55-Extreme.
Key to SATA 6G working is the Marvell 88SE9123 controller, if your P55 board doesn't have it, you can't run SATA 6G compliant hard drives at 6Gb/s.
