Opening up the Cooler Master Scout I have to admit I did a double take. Just as with the Cooler Master Sniper Case, the area underneath where the CPU would be mounted is open. There is a large area of the motherboard mounting plate cut out so that by removing the right panel you can access the underside of your motherboard. This allows you to change coolers that otherwise would require the motherboard be removed.
