DDR3 RAM gibt es mittlerweile bis zu Taktraten von 2400 MHz, Tendenz steigend. Offiziellen Support gibt es aber maximal bis 1600 MHz. Bei einigen CPUs/Mainboards sind es auch nur bis zu 1333/1066 MHz. So wundert es kaum, dass die am meisten gefragten und natürlich auch preisgünstigsten Module sich in diesem Bereich tummeln.
