The Antec Notebook Cooler Designer attempts to help cooling issues by drawing hot air away from the notebook, with a 110mm blower fan rated at 4.5 CFM, and blowing it out the front of the cooler. It does this nearly silently, at a mere 23 dBA, while requiring only one USB port for power."
