"Over the past few days there have been some issues with the HD 6850 and the 1120 Shader dilemma. The good news is that there’s no such problem with the HD 6870 and today we’ll be checking out the overclocking potential of the new top mid-range GPU from AMD, the HD 6870.
Today is the first time we get a look at the Sapphire HD 6870 we’re using for this article, so before we get into the specifics of the overclock we achieved, we’ll quickly cover the Sapphire HD 6870 1GB as per our normal review coverage. So let’s check out the package that Sapphire has put together, take a closer look at the card itself and then see what kind of overclock the card is able to achieve."
