With the average GeForce GTX 460 (1GB) graphics card retailing for $229 US, the Radeon HD 6870 is set to cost just $10 US more. However for that money gamers can expect to see on average almost 20% more performance out of the Radeon HD 6870 in today’s games. The amazing thing about our results, which we were certainly not expecting, was the fact that the Radeon HD 6870 was superior to the GeForce GTX 460 in every game that we tested.
