The HD 6800 series cards are officially launched today, as any tech media reader is well aware. The 6870/50 cards are featured in umpteen reviews already — AMD feted a hundred tech journalists in Los Angeles for two nights last week. Our brief report and musings on the new cards and on the event.

At OverclockersHQ.com we like to do a range of tech related products, yes even Apple related I know the term Overclocker and Apple don't usually fit in the same sentence unless it is something to the effect of "Overclockers hate Apple products." All jokes aside Apple makes some killer products and today we will be looking at one of their more controversial products the Apple iPad. Is it an amazing new technology? Or is it just another trophy for apples engineering and marketing teams ability to rip off current technology and tell everyone it is worth the inflated price? For starters, there are a ton of multi-touch tablets out there with on paper specs that are a lot more impressive than the iPad for the same or cheaper prices. Is the iPad all hype? Let's find out:
