G.Skill Pi DDR3-2400 4GB Memory Kit Review - PCstats.com G.Skill Pi DDR3-2400 4GB Memory Kit Review
Sun, May 02 2010 | 9:00AM | PermaLink Feedback?
My first experience with G.Skill RAM was as a moderator of the (dearly departed) abit forums. They. Just. Work. We’d recommend them all the time because once you set the BIOS properly, you were done.Back then there weren’t a lot of high performance G.Skill options. This was before the Trident or Ripjaws series and even the Pi series was brand new. Their choices were basically red, blue, lighter blue & black. Since that time, G.Skill has come a long way and has established themselves as one of the premiere manufacturers of low- to high-end RAM. In an Overclockers.com exclusive, the kit we’re looking at today is one of their highest, the Pi series DDR3-2400 4Gb kit, model # F3-19200CL9D-4GBPIS.

Thermaltake Toughpower Grand TPG-750M Power Supply - PCstats.com Thermaltake Toughpower Grand TPG-750M Power Supply
Thu, November 11 2010 | 4:02PM | PermaLink Feedback?
"We’ve been throwing a lot of heavy hitters and quality power supplies on the test equipment lately. Some have proven to be quite worthy while others haven’t quite been up to par. Thermaltake wants a crack at our testing methodology and it promises to be a grand encounter. This time around we are putting one of their finest power supplies under the scope to see if it is all it is cracked up to be on paper. The Toughpower Grand PSUs are touted as providing excellent voltage regulation and pure aesthetics. It is almost impossible to find a unit that can deliver on both ends as sacrifices are always made here and there. Perhaps Thermaltake can pull it off with the TPG-750."
