"Picking up where the original Red Alert left off, the Allies have defeated Stalin and destroyed his plans of dominating Europe, and have now placed a puppet government in Russia run by a character named Romanov. After some time, the Soviets compromise America's defenses and begin an invasion campaign. While some confusion has arisen, America soon declares war on Russia. This is where you'll continue through either one of the two sides, the Soviets or the Americans. In no time you will be battling it out at many locations across North America and Europe."
