"I think I have actually found the perfect use for this card, at
least for myself. This is now in the Home Theater PC. With the fast Vector
Adaptive De-Interlacing, bitstreaming audio, and overall quiet operation, it
is one of the better HTPC cards around. Throw in solid gaming performance
at 1920 x 1080 resolutions, and it is a shoe-in for any serious HTPC with
lots of video playback use and a smattering of hard core gaming."

"With budget model SSD's running as low as $45 on sale - Silverstone started thinking outside the box. By connecting an SSD across a mechanical HDD, using a special circuit board, one essentially has a "hybrid" drive. Through special firmware on the circuit board, this SSD can give a "boost" to your mechanical hard drive, without having to re-install your OS and without loosing any essential storage space gains of a larger HDD. That brings me to the product I have here today - the Silverstone SST-HDDBOOST."
