Cedar represents the last derivate of AMDs current Radeon HD 5000 series. It is reduced to smaller size to replace the low-budget Radeon HD 4000 versions. The first product based on Cedar is called Radeon HD 5450. HT4U.net presents its capabilities, like running with passive cooling.
