Big Screens, bigger LCD screens

The plasma screen is slowly being overshadowed by newer technologies like DLP and LCD. Still, the large plasma screens are among the most affordable of all the large HD televisions.

The Samsung LNR3228W LCD screen and combo DVD/VHS players. Appears as though "black" is the new "shinny silver mirror glossy chrome."

The nice thing about LCD screens; they're thin. The bad; the technology is still relatively expensive.

It was a little surprising to see a fridge in the Samsung showroom, but at least this one has a built in LCD display. ;-)

Pretty common assortment of cell phones.

Collection of Samsung's more recent MP3 players. Okay, so this isn't the iPod Nano, but of the few Samsung models PCSTATS has tested we've been pretty satisfied. The cellphone-looking unit is the companies latest (as yet unreleased) MP3 player.

With the growth of the cell phone industry being as it is, it's not surprising to hear that cell phones are currently the largest growth area in consumer electronics.
