Soyo 6VCA Motherboard Review
Soyo 6VCA Motherboard Review - PCSTATS
Soyo 6VCA is a good board because of the support in VIA133A products with Bios upgrades that allow for faster memory scores... but see for yourself!

Overclocking the Soyo...

I raised the Vcore on the Asus adapter to 1.8v, and tried overlocking to 1Ghz (7*143Mhz.)  It would boot into Windows'98, and run Quake III for a while, but would eventually crash.  I eventually settled for 966Mhz, I am not too upset with 966.  My computer is now blazingly fast, and is very stable.

WCPUID:

966Mhz!!!

SiSoft Sandra:

CPU: 2603 / FPU: 1291 Woot!

These scores are an absolute joy to view... ahh

The memory bandwidth scores are still a bit slow for my tastes, but I'll take them anyway.
