CONTEST RULES

PCstats.com Inc. ("The PCstats Network) plans to give away a total of one (1) GeForce 4Ti video card from Gainward to one lucky winner. The actual drawing will be held at the close of the contest, April 30th, 2002. To enter the drawing simply join the PCstats.com newsletter and you'll automatically be entered in the sweepstakes.

Random Drawing:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by an independent third party of PCstats.com's choice. Winner will be awarded and notified by e-mail. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

General Rules:
Contest ends on April 30th, 2002 and is open to U.K., U.S. and Canadian Residents who are 18 years or older. Void in Quebec and where prohibited. Employees of PCstats.com, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, advertisers, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and those living in the same household are not eligible. Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated or illegible or misdirected U.S/Canadian. mail, for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit a user's ability to participate in the promotion, for entries not received in time for the random drawing or for incorrectly transcribed entries or faulty telephone transmissions. Winner may make no substitution or transfer of prize. Additionally, configuration and all other characteristics of the prize will be solely at PCstats.com's discretion. All federal, state, local and sales taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Potential winner must execute any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/ Prize Acceptance Form within 15 days of attempted notification. Non compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. PCstats.com reserves the right to substitute prize of equal value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to PCstats.com, the sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.
