Fall 2006 Internships at PCSTATS

Are you are a technically adept Journalism / English student looking to pry your craft in the real world? PCSTATS has two unpaid internships available to individuals currently enrolled in a Toronto, Canada area College or University. We offer an engaging environment where you will gain valuable work experience in the real life world of online publishing. Applicants should be self-motivated individuals, this is an excellent opportunity to build your skills.

In your cover letter please include:
- The name of your school, program and expected graduation date
- Specify if the internship is a required component of your program and if there are any specific requirements (number of hours, etc)
- Availability (the day that your internship component commences + best days to work)

PCSTATS is seeking out Tech Writers to join our team!

If you are a technically adept Journalism / English grad or have at least 2 years work experience in Retail Computer Service and Repair or Tech Support, then listen closely.

PCSTATS has several contract writing positions available, and we're looking to fill them with smart witty individuals who have strong written skills and the desire to match.

Send your resume along with a 500 word sample article explaining 'Hardware Virtualization' to the Editor. To be considered for this contract position you must demonstrate good grammar, spelling, and clearly framework your thoughts on paper. The ability to research your topic and write in an engaging manner is crucial. It helps to have extraordinary interest for the computing world and the know-how to meet deadlines, but technically literate individuals with solid research skills are also welcome.

Preference will be given to individuals located in Toronto, Canada. Students are welcome to apply.
