products at Computex Taipei, on May31 – June 4. TwinMOS’s booth is located at Hall 1,
A1027 – 1031. The demo products include bluetooth speakers and

TwinMOS will introduce new flash application
products this year, such as the mini MMCmobile, MMCplus and MiniSD Card, which
are the hottest cards for smart phones. The smallest device combine with
the fastest transfer speed can get ahead of any RSMMC. Furthermore, the 133x
Ultra-X SD Card with a reading speed at 20MB/sec is much ahead of products from
competitors. It is specially
tailored for high-pixel professional camera-phones and DVs to save data access
time extensively while shooting.
Moreover, the SD Combo Card is designed with dual slot for user
convenience that it combines USB 2.0 connector and SD card. The USB2.0 mobile disk with built-in
ACDsee graphic editor is different from ordinary USB disks that it allows
consumers to edit pictures directly from the disk. The exquisite style and exceptional
features of MP3 players, such as MMD101, MMD318 and MMD368, have attracted
countless young consumers. TwinMOS
will have the live demo of “Bluetooth earphones and microphones” to make people
enjoy music everywhere and anywhere in life.

addition to be ranked at the same level of Samsung, Micron and Hynix, the top 3
memory makers in the world, TwinMOS is the first Taiwan DRAM maker to pass the
Intel certification for many items. The new generation high-capacity DDR2-667
module from TwinMOS uses the new 0.10mm die and the latest FBGA (FINE-Pitch Ball Grid Array) package, and
offers high-speed at 667MHz running at low voltage of 1.8V.
