14 DRAM Test Results

We rummaged around the test lab and found 14 sticks of SDRAM memory to test out on the Ramcheck. Some of the memory was only able to match its listed specs while other modules were able to run at 140MHz with absolutely no data-bit errors. The results of each particular test are shown, along with the memory module and individual chip so you can see how the information the Ramcheck reported back to us correlates.

Please note, the last four columns (136, 140, 150, 166) represent the highest speed in MHz that we were able to run the module in. If the module was able to begin the test at say 140MHz but failed it is marked with an "n" for no. If the module passed the test successfully the result is marked with a "y" for yes. Note that several of the modules were able to run error-free at 150MHz.
