Winbench 99 and SiSoft Sandra 2003

Winbench 99 V1.2 Source: e-Testinglabs.com

WinBench 99 is a subsystem-level benchmark that measures the performance of a PC's graphics, disk, and video subsystems in a Windows environment. WinBench 99's tests can run on Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows Me systems.

WinBench 99 v1.2 Benchmark Results
AOpen AX4SPE Score Ranking
1. Business Disk - 200/400 6520
2. High-End Disk - 200/400 24100
3. Business Graphics - 200/400 764
4. High-End Graphics - 200/400 1500

HDD performance is about the same as previous motherboards we have tested. Perhaps it's time to upgrade our test Hard Drive to something a bit better... The results from the Graphics portion of Winbench 99 are a bit low. Let's take a look at whether that translate into poor 3D performance.

Sandra is designed to test the theoretical power of a complete system and individual components. The numbers taken though are again, purely theoretical and may not represent real world performance.

Memory Benchmark

5. Integer SSE2 - 200/400 4495 MB/s
6. Float SSE2 - 200/400 4495 MB/s

Wow, those are the absolutely highest stock numbers we have ever seen! The AOpen AX4SPE Max performs on par with the reference i865PE motherboard in Sandra.
