Nero DiskSpeed 4: CD-R, CD-RW Media

Nero DiskSpeed 4's recordable CD media tests are done twice, once with a CD-R disc rated to 1x-52x burn speed, and again with a CD-RW rated to 4x-32x. This test is performed by simply placing blank recording media into the burner and running the benchmark. The software will detect if it is CD-R or CD-R/W media and run the appropriate tests.

Nero's DiskSpeed 4 tests a DVD+RW rated to 2.4-4x. This test is done by simply placing the blank recording media into the burner and running the application. The software will detect the type of DVD media and run the appropriate test.
