Benchmarks: AquaMark3, Comanche 4

AquaMark3 Source: Massive Development

AquaMark3 is a powerful tool to determine reliable information about the gaming performance of a computer system. Because the benchmark extensively utilizes DirectX9, DirectX8 and DirectX7 functionality, it represents the requirements of typical gaming applications in 2003 and 2004.

In AquaMark3 the Intel Extreme Graphics card would simply not run the DX9 benchmark. Performance with an external videocard looks pretty good though.

Comanche 4 Source: Novalogic

The Comanche 4 benchmark demo is a unique benchmark as it represents a real-world gaming experience. It contains the single player "Eagle's Talon" mission from the game as well as a detailed cinematic. This DirectX 8.1 benchmark demo will measure your system's performance in the standard frames per second format. The benchmark was run with audio disabled.

Comanche 4 requires a DX8 compatible videocard thus, the Intel Extreme Graphics 2 would not run this benchmark either. Stock performance of the AOpen AX4SG Max II is pretty good.
