Mol Dyn: Molecular Dynamics is a method for simulating the thermodynamic behaviour of materials using their forces, velocities, and positions. Most important of the afore mentioned is the force. Primordia: This code calculates the Quantum Mechanical Hartree-Fock Orbital for each electron in any element of the periodic table Lower times indicate better results.

The Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 leads the way in ScienceMark 2.0. For each of the three test configurations; 32bit OS & 32-bit software, 64bit OS & 32bit software, and 64 bit OS, and 64 bit software, the Core 2 Duo E6750 stands out front. However, it is the AMD Athlon64 FX-62 processor that has the lowest times in Mol Dyn, and second lowest score in the Primordia test. The Core 2 Duo E6750 takes the cake there by about 2 seconds.
