Sandra Benchmarks - Memory and 3DMark2001

SiSoft Sandra 2001 Professional: Memory benchmark

Now there are some strong showings for the memory modules which are capable of running at CAS2, versus the ones which can only run at CAS3. The TwinMOS PC166 appears to have the higher scores due to its size (256MB) when compared to the other CAS2 memory offered by Micron (128MB).

What the tests are beginning to reveal in this case, are the size of the memory can play a part in the scores when running this program which simulates the gaming environment.
