Mol Dyn: Molecular Dynamics is a method for simulating the thermodynamic behaviour of materials using their forces, velocities, and positions.

Primordia: This code calculates the Quantum Mechanical Hartree-Fock Orbitals for each electron in any element of the periodic table.

While ScienceMark tests mainly the FPU, memory bandwidth is also very important. unsurprisingly, the Athlon64 3800+ sweeps these tests. The 3800+ is operating on a different level than the rest of our test processors so far.
