SuperPI calculates the number PI to 1 Million digits in this raw number crunching benchmark. The program allows the user to change the number of digits of PI that can be calculated from 16 thousand to 32 million. Our benchmark is set to 1 Million digits and 19 iterations.

I'm not sure why the overall score from PCMark 05 is so low, especially as the other scores are in line with what we would expect. Memory results are a tad low, but nothing out of the ordinary. Perhaps it is the onboard GMA3000 which is more of a software videocard than the GMA950 was.
