Sandra Benchmarks

Anyway, here are the Sandra scores, it's really good for testing theoretical bandwidth.


170 MHz


150 MHz

Even at 150 MHz bus, the memory bandwidth can easily compete with DDR. At 170MHz, it's almost bliss! Sorry, that's geek talk!

It's nice to have so much memory bandwidth, but does that translate to better gaming performance? After all, that's what we're all interested in. Up next is 3DMark2000. It's an older DX7 based benchmark, but still proves its worth as a good indicator of how DX7 based games will react.
