It should be clear that memory size does not affect its bandwidth. Overclocking slightly boosts bandwidth about 500MB/s all around.

PCMark04 is an application-based benchmark and a premium tool for measuring overall PC performance. It uses portions of real applications instead of including whole applications or using specifically created code. This allows PCMark04 to maintain a smaller installation size while still giving accurate results.

Please keep in mind that the processor is also overclocked when looking at the overclocked results. The memory portion of PCMark04 nets a decent performance boost due to overclocking.
