It's impossible to deny that 2015 was an amazing year for the PC ushering in a new golden era of PC gaming. 2016 will have to produce some truly special games to match last year's offerings, and so far, it's not doing too badly but there's still plenty more games to come. Here are our top 10 most anticipated titles.

Zalman Z-Machine ZM-K700M Gaming Keyboard
     Sun, Mar 13 2016 | 9:01A | Games | PermaLink
Posted by: STAFF
”I am not normally all giddy over keyboards, but this one really had my geek side going with the awesome lighting effects. I like to listen to a lot of music and this keyboard is awesome to have along as a show piece for friends and family as the music is thumping. Flashiness aside, the Zalman Z-Machine ZM-K700M keyboard was great to use. The LED lighting was perfect for typing in dark rooms or while gaming with the lights down. The tactile feedback of the switches really made it easy to ensure your keystrokes were successful and the response time was amazing. If you are into macros, then the ZM-K700M has you covered as well; the macro not only records over 100 keys, but also remembers the timing between each key press. This is a great and useful feature. You can also set up loops so that your macro keeps going until you stop it.”

Far Cry: Primal PC game analysis
     Thu, Mar 10 2016 | 4:00P | Games | PermaLink
Posted by: STAFF
Ubisoft has been attempting to boost its efforts on the PC over the last year or so, even going as far as to push PC versions of certain titles back to give developers extra time to ensure it is up to standard. This was the case with Far Cry: Primal, which launched on the PC this week. But how does the game run? Has Ubisoft managed to turn things around?

E-Blue K820 Professional Gaming Combo Review
     Wed, Mar 09 2016 | 5:08P | Games | PermaLink
Posted by: STAFF
E-Blue may be a fairly new name to most of our readers, but they’re quickly pushing into new parts of the world with their products and their latest, the E-Blue K820 Professional Gaming Combo certainly caught our attention. There’s a lot of competition in the market right now to make the absolute best budget friendly gaming bundle. With many people investing in their first computers, building on a tight budget, or even just looking for an affordable solution for younger games; especially with the never-ending popularity of Minecraft, it makes sense that there’s a big market for affordable peripherals.

Logitech G410 Atlas Spectrum Tenkeyless RGB Mechanical
     Wed, Mar 09 2016 | 9:03A | Games | PermaLink
Posted by: STAFF
I wouldn't trade the Logitech G910 Orion Spark for it but the G410 Atlas Spectrum offers more than most (if not all) tenkeyless models in the market today and for that it's worth checking out.

ROCCAT Kiro Modular Ambidextrous
     Mon, Mar 07 2016 | 4:02P | Games | PermaLink
Posted by: STAFF
Overall, the ROCCAT Kiro is a very good – not quite great mouse. It won’t break the bank or leave you feeling disappointed, but a few little tweaks could’ve made this good mouse absolutely fantastic. The price won’t kill you either, and you should be able to find it online for less than $60.

Rise Of The Tomb Raider PC Gameplay & Performance:
     Thu, Mar 03 2016 | 4:15P | Games | PermaLink
Posted by: STAFF
Rise of the Tomb Raider has hit the PC lining it up in our gun sights for graphics, gameplay and performance analysis. The game launched on the Xbox family of consoles a few months back and has since been ported to PC thanks to NIXXES Software. It’s a competent console to PC port updated with many graphics settings and effects to tweak and dial to your particular tastes and system capabilities... Rise of the Tomb Raider is the sequel for the 2013 reboot of the Tomb Raider franchise. The reboot took protagonist Lara Croft back to her explorative “tomb raiding” roots in a prequel-style origin story, while greatly enhancing the series with new gameplay and combat mechanics...

Tomb Raider (2013) 3-Years Later
     Wed, Mar 02 2016 | 9:00A | Games | PermaLink
Posted by: STAFF
”The graphics do look like they came from a console, but still look good. The performance, at least without SSAA turned on, is very good. The framerate stayed at 60 FPS just about all of the time. There may be some exceptions to that, but nothing significant. The story is good and while I would have enjoyed a certain decision being different, I can also see why the choice is the way it is. Only someone as obsessive over story as myself would probably care about that though. The gameplay is also good with everything working the way I would want it to. That leaves little to be said, but is still a good thing for a game to achieve.”

Rise of the Tomb Raider
     Thu, Feb 25 2016 | 6:04P | Games | PermaLink
Posted by: STAFF
"The graphics look good, but the performance was not that great for me. Turning down some settings will probably help there, but I cannot name a specific in-game option to really help. Having the optimized drivers installed does help, so be sure you have those. The story is definitely good and also does a good job of providing a fitting context to this new Lara Croft and the previous title. The gameplay does a great deal right and still has a good amount of depth to its mechanics, putting it above just 'right.' Really it is a game worth playing, just watch out for some possible performance issues. I do want to say that I am fairly confident a lot of those issues will be resolved with future game and driver updates, but that is just my speculation based on how I have seen other games improve post-launch.”

"The upgraded STRIFE which is now baptized STRIFE RGB is built on the same chassis, but it does also come with important improvements like the latest generation of Cherry MX Silent switches which are also RGB LED-enabled; the inner support plate is now white for allowing the LED light to shine through the switches. The keyboard left and right sides are now white and get accompanied by a string of white LED lights."
